Terms of Online Japanese Language School

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Article 4 (Service Regulations)

If you express your intention after the 11th, the withdrawal date will be the end of the following month. Members agree and acknowledge in advance that sessions in which members participate may be monitored by this site. 3. If this service cannot be used due to the failure of the designated software or hardware necessary for its use, or due to improper settings, this site will not be held responsible.
4. This site will not be held responsible for any malfunctions in the functions of the designated software itself that occur after the lesson has started.
5. This site is not responsible for any troubles caused by Meet and its applications. In addition, we do not accept any inquiries regarding the services provided by each company.
Article 7 (Change of registered information)
If there is any change in the contents of the registered information sent to this site, the member shall change the registered information without delay. We will not be held responsible for any disadvantages or other burdens incurred by members as a result.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
1. This site is not responsible for any mistakes in the lecturer's remarks or descriptions.
2. Lessons on this site may be supplemented by substitute lessons when the homeroom teacher is absent, and we do not guarantee that the homeroom teacher will always conduct the lesson.

Article 10 (Governing Law)
The formation, validity, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
Supplementary Provisions This agreement will be enforced from August 1, 2013.
